Patient claims

Complaints, claims, suggestions, etc. from patients related to the care received.

Internal communication channel with Human Resources

Concerns from staff regarding employment matters such as working conditions, treatment received, or internal conflicts.

Whistleblower Channel

You have accessed the HCB HOSPITALES whistleblower channel, which is the internal information system we provide to anyone who wishes to inform the Compliance Committee —the body responsible for this system— of any information related to breaches of legality or the company’s internal regulations.

Everyone’s contribution is essential to maintaining a safe, fair, and respectful environment. For this reason, all reports will be handled with the utmost seriousness, confidentiality, and professionalism by our compliance experts. Your participation helps strengthen our community and ensures that we continue to uphold the highest standards of ethics and conduct.

Those who wish may submit their report anonymously and track the status of their case. Likewise, protection of the whistleblower will be guaranteed in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20. The reporting procedure and the user manual for this channel are available on this webpage.
