personales han sido proporcionados por usted a trav\u00e9s de los formularios cumplimentados durante las visitas a la cl\u00ednica y en la p\u00e1gina web, y se conservar\u00e1n durante el tiempo necesario para la realizaci\u00f3n de las finalidades para las que fueron recogidos, mientras no ejerza su derecho de supresi\u00f3n o revocaci\u00f3n de consentimiento.<\/p><p>En dicho caso, sus
