HCB es el \u00fanico centro de la provincia que realiza esta t\u00e9cnica diagn\u00f3stica. Est\u00e1 indicado para la obtenci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes para pacientes adultos con confirmaci\u00f3n o sospecha de tumores neuroendocrinos gastroenteropancre\u00e1ticos (GEP-NET) bien diferenciados para la localizaci\u00f3n de tumores primarios y sus met\u00e1stasis.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PET con F18-DOPA. Se utiliza en Neurolog\u00eda para diferenciar el temblor esencial de s\u00edndromes parkinsonianos relacionados con enfermedades neurodegenerativas (enfermedad de Parkinson, atrofia multisist\u00e9mica y par\u00e1lisis supranuclear progresiva).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se aplica en Oncolog\u00eda para el diagn\u00f3stico y localizaci\u00f3n de un insulinoma en caso de hiperinsulinismo en beb\u00e9s y ni\u00f1os; para el diagn\u00f3stico y localizaci\u00f3n de tumores gl\u00f3micos; localizaci\u00f3n y estadificaci\u00f3n de feocromocitomas y paragangliomas y tumores carcinoides bien diferenciados del tracto intestinal; diagn\u00f3stico de tumores cerebrales primarios limitados a gliomas de alto grado (grado III y IV).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PET con F18-PSMA. En este comit\u00e9 se toman las decisiones vinculantes para el tratamiento y seguimiento individualizado de cada paciente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Servicio de Cirug\u00eda Digestiva HCB tiene amplia experiencia en el tratamiento quir\u00fargico de la patolog\u00eda maligna de todos los tumores digestivos, as\u00ed como de mama y tiroides. Disponemos de cirujanos con especial dedicaci\u00f3n a la cirug\u00eda oncol\u00f3gica y a la laparoscopia avanzada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los quir\u00f3fanos est\u00e1n equipados con torres de laparoscopia de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n que incluyen tecnolog\u00eda de inmunoflourescencia con ICG (Verde de Indocianina), muy \u00fatil en la detecci\u00f3n de tumores y sus m\u00e1rgenes, as\u00ed como para valorar la correcta irrigaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea de los tejidos, entre otras aplicaciones.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La gran mayor\u00eda de procedimientos quir\u00fargicos que realizamos son con cirug\u00eda m\u00ednimamente invasiva (Laparoscopia y Toracoscopia). HCB es el \u00fanico centro de la provincia que realiza esta t\u00e9cnica diagn\u00f3stica. Est\u00e1 indicado para la obtenci\u00f3n de im\u00e1genes para pacientes adultos con confirmaci\u00f3n o sospecha de tumores neuroendocrinos gastroenteropancre\u00e1ticos (GEP-NET) bien diferenciados para la localizaci\u00f3n de tumores primarios y sus met\u00e1stasis.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PET con F18-DOPA. Se utiliza en Neurolog\u00eda para diferenciar el temblor esencial de s\u00edndromes parkinsonianos relacionados con enfermedades neurodegenerativas (enfermedad de Parkinson, atrofia multisist\u00e9mica y par\u00e1lisis supranuclear progresiva).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se aplica en Oncolog\u00eda para el diagn\u00f3stico y localizaci\u00f3n de un insulinoma en caso de hiperinsulinismo en beb\u00e9s y ni\u00f1os; para el diagn\u00f3stico y localizaci\u00f3n de tumores gl\u00f3micos; localizaci\u00f3n y estadificaci\u00f3n de feocromocitomas y paragangliomas y tumores carcinoides bien diferenciados del tracto intestinal; diagn\u00f3stico de tumores cerebrales primarios limitados a gliomas de alto grado (grado III y IV).<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PET con F18-PSMA. En este comit\u00e9 se toman las decisiones vinculantes para el tratamiento y seguimiento individualizado de cada paciente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Servicio de Cirug\u00eda Digestiva HCB tiene amplia experiencia en el tratamiento quir\u00fargico de la patolog\u00eda maligna de todos los tumores digestivos, as\u00ed como de mama y tiroides. Disponemos de cirujanos con especial dedicaci\u00f3n a la cirug\u00eda oncol\u00f3gica y a la laparoscopia avanzada.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los quir\u00f3fanos est\u00e1n equipados con torres de laparoscopia de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n que incluyen tecnolog\u00eda de inmunoflourescencia con ICG (Verde de Indocianina), muy \u00fatil en la detecci\u00f3n de tumores y sus m\u00e1rgenes, as\u00ed como para valorar la correcta irrigaci\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea de los tejidos, entre otras aplicaciones.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La gran mayor\u00eda de procedimientos quir\u00fargicos que realizamos son con cirug\u00eda m\u00ednimamente invasiva (Laparoscopia y Toracoscopia). Cirujanos, digest\u00f3logos, onc\u00f3logos etc. remiten muestras de biopsias y citolog\u00edas para su estudio.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El hecho de disponer de este servicio permite al ITIC obtener un diagn\u00f3stico r\u00e1pido y el dise\u00f1o de un tratamiento de forma r\u00e1pida y eficaz.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actualmente dado el progreso de la Medicina se requiere en muchas ocasiones que la valoraci\u00f3n del paciente sea integral y se lleve a cabo dentro de un equipo multidisciplinario, donde cada profesional tiene peso espec\u00edfico.
